  • Mix one table spoon of lemon juice in a glass of lemon water and add one table spoon of honey and stir the mixture well. Drink this solution before and during your journey.
  • You can even try adding lemon juice in a glass of warm water and add little amount of salt. Drink this mixture before starting a journey.
  • You can suck a slice of lemon at regular intervals while travelling.

2. Ginger

Ginger is popular and effective remedy for treating motion sickness easily. The compound called gingerol and its strong flavor in ginger help to ease nausea and the symptoms of motion sickness.

What You Need To Do

  • You can mix one table spoon of lemon juice with one table spoon of ginger juice and drink it before travelling.
